How it Works

Planning, Preparation, and Execution

Step 1: What Are We Working With?

We start every precast project by determining what's on the existing surface before we begin. Most concrete surfaces are either bare, stained, or have been previously painted. Our experienced team will draft a custom strategy to meet your specific environment’s needs (complete with a timeline and itemized pricing).

Step 2: Project Preparation

All of our industrial concrete projects start with a thorough cleaning and prepping of the work area. Regardless of what we are working with, you can rest assured knowing that your project is in capable hands.
  1. To clean your site, we use a 4000 PSI Pressure Washer with a ROTO Tip to thoroughly wash down each panel
  2. We treat all rust spots by carefully drilling them out for removal. 
  3. Once rust spots are remned we treat each spot with a rust converter and patch each hole with epoxy.
  4. After thoroughly inspecting each panel, we caulk any hairline cracks to prevent further damage.
  5. Expansion Joints are repaired or Fully Replaced.

Step 3: Let’s Get Painting

Once we’ve cleaned and prepped the work area, we’ll recommend an appropriate paint and finish for the concrete surface. We’ll help you lock in your color and finish and can carefully begin the application process. Right down to the tiniest detail, we strive not only to meet your expectations but to exceed your expectations.

While we always commit to your timeline, we understand that plans can change. Our services and solutions are designed to remain flexible. Step 4: Project Completion
