Bucher Hydraulics is a company in Elgin that we were contracted to paint the outside of. The buildings exterior was a pre cast tilt up building in a bustling industrial park.

The existing coating on the outside of the building was in bad shape. To begin the job of making the outside look brand new again we roto tip washed the entire building. Every single one of the expansion joints were repaired with elastomeric caulk which is a sealant that dries hard while staying flexible, and typically lasts a very long time.

So, the outside of the building was completely coated with Sherwin Williams Loxon XP which is a high performance coating.

After the job was finished Bucher was incredibly happy with the results, and they were even more happy to know that they had a 7 year warranty for our services.
